LCNB's Advantage Statement will provide significant improvements in the service of your checking account at no additional cost to you. This state-of-the-art statement will eliminate the hassle of sorting, checking and storing bulky canceled checks forever. Every month you will receive a clear picture of your canceled checks on an 8.5"x11" sheet(s) of paper. You will not receive your canceled checks.
Now you will be able to balance, reference, plan and budget your checking with more ease and speed. In addition, we will keep an image of the front and back of your canceled checks and deposit tickets on our computer system for your future needs. This will give you two separate places in which your check images and statements will be stored: your home and LCNB.
These new laser images of your checks and easy-to-read statements provide a number of benefits. Here are just a few:
Laser Printing Laser printing is the latest in printing technology offering you a clear, easy-to-read statement.
Easier Balancing Your check images will be provided to you in check number order to eliminate the need for you to sort your checks before you balance your checkbook. Check number, date paid and its amount are printed below each image for easy reference.
Storage Convenience Your statements are pre-punched for insertion into a three-ring binder. This reduces storage space and keeps your statements well organized and at your fingertips. See your local LCNB Office Manager for your free three-ring binder to store your new Advantage Statements.
Time Savings Research We will continue to keep permanent records of the front and back of your checks. When you need a copy of a statement or a check, we can provide a laser sharp image quickly and deliver it to you by mail, fax or your local LCNB office.
IRS Approved The Internal Revenue Service accepts laser image checks as proof of payment. (IRS Publication 583)
Every month we will mail images along with your statement. You will not receive your canceled checks.* If you need an image of the back of your check for proof of payment, it can be available by request. We will deliver it to you by mail, fax or in person at any of our locations.
