LCNB's Frequently Asked Questions
This page has been designed to answer the most commonly asked questions and to help aid you in making banking at LCNB more convenient. Please click on the topic below that pertains to the question or concern that you may have.
LCNB Online Banking
How do I enroll in LCNB Online?
You can sign up for LCNB Online at any branch location. All you need to enroll is a government issued ID (eg. driver's licence, passport, state issued ID, etc.). Once you enroll, you will be emailed directions within two (2) business days on how to log into LCNB Online.
Why can't I enroll online in LCNB Online?
To comply with the USA PATRIOT Act and ensure each of our customer's privacy, we ask that any customer that would like access to LCNB Online to please stop into a local branch and complete an EZ Enrollment Application along with presenting proper current government issued ID (eg. driver's license, state ID). Once the application is processed, an email is sent within two (2) business days after completing the application that includes directions on how to log into LCNB Online.
Are there any fees for LCNB Online?
Using LCNB Online is free of charge to all customers. For Personal and Small Business and Association accounts Bill Pay is free for unlimited payments. For Corporate Accounts, there is no monthly fee and each bill payment is $0.50.
How do I get online with LCNB Online?
Please stop into any of our branches and fill out and EZ Enrollment form and you will be emailed directions on how to get online within 2 business days.
I signed up for LCNB Online and have not received my log in information. What do I do?
Please confirm that any emails coming from lcnb.com are not marked as SPAM. If so please remove us as spam and allow our emails to come through. If you have checked for SPAM and checked your deletes making sure you do not have an email with the subject “LCNB Online Welcome Letter!”, then please email us at onlinebanking@lcnb.com and request a new letter be emailed to you. This will also help to verify your email address.
I log in and the log in screen returns with login ID and password blank. How can I correct this?
Verify that your cookies are enabled in your Web Browser. Consult your user manual to change setting.
I get an error of invalid log in ID or password and am certain I am entering correct data. How do I correct this?
Your browser can not be set to remember passwords for security purposes. Please read the paragraph at the bottom of this page and follow the link to check and/or change your settings.
I use LCNB Online Bill Pay and do not see the payment being deducted nor has my payee given me credit for the payment. What do I do?
If the payee was set up to recieve payment by check, then you may place a stop payment on the check issued. You can get the check number in the Payment History option. If the payment was set up to be an electronic payment, we can trace the payment. Please call 1-800-344-2265 and ask for the Electronic Services Department.

Deposit Accounts
What is my current account balance?
You can view your account balance online or by phone by calling the LCNB Call Center at 800-344-2265. If you are enrolled in LCNB Online, click here to log in now.
Can I access my account by phone?
You can access our 24 hour bank by phone BankLine by calling 1-888-786-5262.
My PIN does not work due to a period of inactivity using BankLine, how do I reset my PIN?
You may call the LCNB Call Center and someone will reset your PIN to your social security number in which you will then be asked to change your PIN to a four digit PIN for future use. To prevent your account from going inactive with BankLine, please use BankLine at least once within a six month time period.
How do I change my address?
You may stop by any banking office near you and a LCNB Staff member will help you with this. You may also call the LCNB Call Center at 1-800-344-2265 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you. Please note for security reasons, if the address is changed over the phone, a return call will be placed to you verifying the address change.
How do I make a wire transfer?
You can stop into any LCNB banking location and request a wire transfer. All wire transfers are for LCNB customers only and funds must be collected funds and be taken out of a current LCNB account.
When will I receive my 1099 and 1098 statements?
LCNB mails all 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OIDs, 1099-Rs, 1099-A, 1099-Cs and 1098s by January 31 each year. We can do reprints and corrections after February 1.
If you have additional questions about your 1099 or 1098 statements, call 1-800-344-2265 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
How can I order a copy of a check, deposit or a statement?
If you enrolled in LCNB On-Line, you can view and print the front and backs of any checks or deposits or items deposited within the last six (6) months. You can also view and print the statements from the previous three (3) months. If you need additional copies, you can request the copies at any branch or call LCNB's Call Center at 1-800-344-2265. This is considered research and would be charged the research fees of $25.00 per hour and a $0.25 per copy.
I need to know if my direct deposit came in and how much. How can I check this?
You can sign up for LCNB Online to see up-to-date accurate information on your account activity. You may also call BankLine 24 hours a day at 1-888-786-5262 or you may call into LCNB’s Call Center and a CSR will be glad to help you.
How can I find out who I wrote a certain check to?
You can sign up for LCNB Online and you may view images of all your checks right online. You may also call into LCNB’s Call Center and a CSR will be glad to help you.
What should I do if my checkbook is stolen?
You should immediately contact LCNB at 1-800-344-2265 during normal banking hours. Stop into a local branch and proceed to close the account and open a new one. As with any theft, it is important to file a police report regarding the stolen checkbook and anything else that is missing.
How can I place a stop payment?
You may place a stop payment if you are enrolled in LCNB On-Line on any check. Simply choose the Stop Payment function from the activity list next to your account on the main page. You may also call into the LCNB Call Center and place a stop payment over the phone and we will place the stop immediately and mail you the forms in which you must sign and return within 14 days. Finally, you may stop into any of our branches and place a stop payment in person. Please remember there is a 24 hour period that a check may not be able to be stopped if it has already been presented for payment. A stop payment fee will be applied to your account at the time the stop payment is made.
How can I order checks?
You can order checks by dropping the reorder form off at any LCNB Branch or mail to LCNB, P.O. Box 59, Lebanon, OH 45036. You can also order checks through LCNB Online if you are currently enrolled to access your accounts online and have ordered checks through Harland Checks before. Finally, if your reorder has no changes, you may call Harland at 1-888-784-5296. Due to fraud concerns, you may not place a check order over the phone with LCNB, the Harland phone number must be called.
What is Check 21?
In October 2003, the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act became law. Now known simply as Check 21, the legislation's goals include "to improve the overall efficiency of the nation's payments system." Click here to download our Check 21 brochure in PDF format.

Bond Information
What is the interest on an EE or I bond?
You can go to the website www.publicdebt.treas.gov and get up-to-date information and rates.
When do my bonds reach maturity and how long do my bonds accrue interest?
You can go to the website www.publicdebt.treas.gov/sav/sbfaqmat.htm for complete maturity and interest information on bonds.
If I am buying a bond for a minor or newborn, do I have to have their social security number?
It is not a necessity but it helps at time of redemption if the bond is in the proper social security number.

Trust Information
Does LCNB sell investments other than FDIC insured deposits?
Through our partnership with UVEST Financial Services, Inc., we are able to offer non-deposit investment products. Please contact your nearest branch manager for the name of our most convenient investment representative. Remember, non-deposit investments are not FDIC insured. Their principal value may fluctuate and they may actually lose value.
Does LCNB offer Signature Guarantees?
LCNB is able to guarantee the signature of our customers if the proper documents are presented. We provide this service through our Hamilton, Waynesville Branches and the Main Office. Please call ahead to set up an appointment and to discuss the documents that will be necessary to complete your transaction.
Is stock in the bank publicly traded?
LCNB is a subsidiary of LCNB Corp. Our stock is traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. Further information is available on our website in the Shareholders Information section.

What is the payoff on my loan and the current interest rate?
You may get your payoff or the interest rate on LCNB Online if you view your current transactions and click on the More Detail link at the bottom of the transaction page. You may also call into the LCNB Call Center or stop into any of our 18 branches.

General Questions
Where can I get your rate information?
Both our deposit/CD/IRA rates and some of our lending rates can be found on our web site. Simply click on the tab at the top of the page that is labeled Interest Rates and chose the category at the left hand side of the Interest Rate page for the type of rate you are requesting.
How can I find out about employment opportunities with LCNB?
LCNB is always looking for qualified individuals who are interested in making a career in banking, finances and insurance. For more information, there is a Career Opportunities tab that includes the email address of our Personnel Office.
What are your hours?
Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. (Otterbein Office is closed daily from 12 - 1 p.m. and Saturdays; Okeana Office is closed daily 12 - 1 p.m. and Wednesdays). All drive-thru lanes are open at 8:30 a.m. each banking day. We also have 24 hour availability at all of our ATMs.
Do you have notary service?
Yes, each branch has notaries available for public use. Please call to make sure the notary is available at the branch you wish to visit.
Where are your branches located?
LCNB has branches in six (6)southwestern Ohio counties. To view locations, please click on the top tab of our home page that is labeled Branch Locations. This will provide you with a area wide map including the counties we are located and individual location choices for more detailed information.
What if I am a victim of fraud or would like more information of fraud and scams?
LCNB is very interested in educating our customers regarding fraud, scams, identity theft and ways to protect themselves and contacts to make in case they become a victim.
