TWICE THE CONVENIENCE -TWICE THE SERVICE -AND ONLY FROM YOUR HOMETOWN BANK: During our regular business hours you have the choice of receiving your account information from a LCNB customer service representative or you can call "Bankline." After regular business hours, you have the opportunity to do your banking conveniently over the phone with "Bankline" -our 'round-the-clock customer service line.

"BANKLINE" IS DESIGNED WITH YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE IN MIND: We know that sometimes you find it difficult to get to the bank before it closes. With "Bankline" you will never need to worry about time or distance again when it comes to banking. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your local "Bankline" number, your account number(s) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access your account(s). "Bankline" will lead you step-by-step to the information or service you want. When you are finished with your call, just hang up. It's that easy! When calling "Bankline" for the first time, you will be asked to enter your complete Social Security Number (PIN). The system will then ask you to change your PIN Number. At this time you must choose a different four digit PIN Number. For security reasons, this new PIN Number you choose will be the one that you will use in the future. You will be the only person who knows this number. Please use caution when choosing your new PIN Number. Choose a four digit number familiar to you. Avoid using common numbers such as 1111, 1234 or numbers that might be found in your billfold or purse. For joint accounts, you must use the PIN of the first person listed on the account.

"BANKLINE" GIVES YOU ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITH PAYMENT AND TRANSFER OPTIONS: With "Bankline" you can access specific account information ­ like your checking, savings, certificates of deposit and loans - the account(s) balance, history, payments and transfers. You can also transfer funds and make loan payments. Any transfer of funds or loan payment done prior to 5:00 will be on that day's business.

CURRENT INTEREST RATES: "Bankline" makes it easy for you to keep track of changing interest rates. Just call and you'll receive the most current rates on LCNB competitive product offerings like certificates of deposit, IRA's and loans.

ATMS, HOURS AND OFFICE LOCATIONS: If you need to know when we are open and where our offices and ATMs are located, just give "Bankline" a call.

"BANKLINE" IS EASY TO USE: All you need is a touch-tone phone and your local "Bankline" number to access "Bankline." "Bankline" will then guide you through all the options available (see "Bankline" account menu for list of options). It is important for you to have your account number(s) ready as well as your PIN for accessing your account(s).
