LCNB Corp. Privacy Policy
At LCNB Corp., we recognize our obligation to keep information
about you secure and confidential. Our privacy policy
covers customer information, which means personally
identifiable information about a customer or a consumer’s
current or former relationship with LCNB Corp. This policy
is provided to you as required by the Federal Financial
Privacy Law.
We value every customer relationship. We maintain strict
guidelines to protect the confidentiality of information
you have shared with us. In compliance with federal
regulations, we will also maintain a security program
that includes physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to your personal
information. If you end your customer relationship with us
or become an inactive customer, we will treat the
information we have about you as if you are still our customer.
This policy statement takes the place of any previous
privacy policies issued by LCNB Corp. or any of its subsidiaries.
What Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of nonpublic personal information about
our customer:
- Information received from you on applications and other forms;
- Information about transactions with us, our affiliates, or others;
- Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies; and
- Information that we receive in response to requests we make to third parties about you or to confirm information that you have provided us, particularly in the process of evaluating applications for loans and insurance.
What Information We Disclose
We do not disclose customer information we collect about our customers or
former customers to third parties outside of LCNB Corp., except as permitted
or required by law. These exceptions are described below.
Exception For Joint Marketing And Service Providers
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to
companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial
institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
Other Exceptions
Other examples of when we disclose customer information outside of LCNB Corp.
are as follows:
- To companies that assist us in servicing or maintaining your loan, deposit account, or other business relationship, such as printing checks or billing you for loan payments
- To governmental entities, such as sending annual interest statements to the IRS (form 1099)
- To consumer credit reporting agencies
- When disclosure is required by law, such as pursuant to court order, subpoena, legal process or government agency examination or investigation, or to protect or enforce our rights.
- As otherwise necessary to service your account, or as permitted or required by law.
Confidentiality and Security Of Nonpublic Personal Information
LCNB Corp. maintains the following policies and practices designed to protect the confidentiality and security of consumers’ nonpublic personal information;
- LCNB’s policy and procedures limit access to your personal information to those employees who have a business reason to know such information.
- Employees are trained to understand the importance of customer financial privacy and to properly handle confidential information. Because of the importance of these issues, all LCNB Corp. employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
- We do not share medical or health information among our family of companies except to process transactions or to provide services you have requested or initiated.
We strive to maintain the most accurate and up-to-date customer records as
possible. If you find that your account information is not correct, current,
or complete, please contact our nearest LCNB branch and/or Dakin office and
the appropriate corrections will be made as soon as possible.
How to Elect Not to Have Your Information Shared or Used For Marketing Purposes
You may call us toll-free at 1-800-344-BANK or stop by the nearest LCNB office
to ask us not to share customer information about you as described above with
other LCNB Corp. companies. If you make this choice, it will apply to all of
your accounts with us. Please be aware, however, that this choice is limited.
It does not cover information we are permitted by law to share with other LCNB
Corp. companies even if you make this choice, such as identifying information
and information about our experiences and transactions with you. Also, if you
make this choice, our ability to service your account relationships among
different LCNB Corp. companies may be limited. Your choice to limit marketing offers
from our affiliated companies will apply until you tell us to change your choice.
If you have already made a choice to opt out of marketing offers from LCNB Corp.
affiliates, you do not need to act again. If you have any questions about
how LCNB Corp. protects your confidential information or you feel we have not
met our obligations in the protection or use of your personal information,

Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act LCNB Corp. may share information about you with our affiliates, including:
- Information we obtain from your application, such as your marital status;
- Information we obtain from a consumer report, such as your credit score;
- Information we obtain to verify representations made by you, such as a verification of mortgage;
- Information we obtain from a person regarding your employment, credit, or other relationship with you, such as a verification of employment.

If you prefer that we not share this information with our affiliated companies,
you may direct us not to by calling us toll-free at 1-800-344-BANK or writing our
Privacy Officer at P O Box 59, Lebanon,
Ohio, 45036 and informing us that you would like to opt out of the sharing of
information under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Your request not to share
information does not include information we are permitted to share by law,
such as information related solely to our experiences or transactions with you.
Your account balance and payment history are examples of transaction and
experience information that we are always permitted to share with our affiliates.
Reducing Direct Marketing from other Companies
If you would like to reduce the amount of advertising you receive from
companies outside the LCNB Corp. family, you may find out how to do so by
visiting the following websites:
www.thedma.org or www.ftc.gov or www.donotcall.gov
Be sure to include complete information about each name, address and telephone
number you would like excluded from these lists. If you have moved within the
past year, remember to include your old address and phone number. The same
is true for name changes and the addresses and phone numbers associated with
each name.
If you would like to have your name taken off all pre-approved credit
solicitations, you can contact the National Opt-Out Center or call 1-888-5OPTOUT (1-888-567-8688).
Be sure to include your full name, current address, social security number
and telephone number.
The three major credit bureaus may have different requirements on how to opt-out.
You may write a letter to request that your personal information not be shared with
others or used for promotional purposes.
The national credit bureaus offer a toll-free number that enables consumers to opt-out of
all pre-approved credit offers with just one phone call. Call 1-888-5-OPTOUT (1-888-567-8688)
